This Gives Customer Service a Bad Name

I am glad that I was not one of these travelers. I would be one ticked off person. It looks like the airlines finally tried to do right by the passengers but, for me it would be too little too late. I bet a lot of these passengers will be thinking twice about flying this particular airline anytime soon. I know I would think twice.

Work on the Parkway

As if this section of the parkway was not a problem already. I suppose it will get worse before it gets better.
This is a much needed and overdue project on that end of town. I guess that hubby and I will have to use all the alternate ways we know to get to my parents house. I thought it was bad in the midwest where we only had two seasons. Winter and Construction season.
